Hope Cove, Devon

The replacement of a 1930’s bungalow to create a beautiful ‘New England’ influenced property. Status: On-site 2016.

South Huish, Devon

A full refurbishment of a private residence in the South Hams area. Status: Completed spring 2015.

New Forest, Hampshire

Originally built in 1900 as the gatehouse to Great Ballard House, now a beautifully restored and extended 5 bedroom lodge set in 2 acres of woodland. Status: Completed 2006.

Salcombe, Devon

A full refurbishment of a 1960’s bungalow to create a beautiful ‘New England’ influenced property. Status: Completed 2014.

Salcombe, Devon

The demolition of an existing 1950’s 3 storey building located in a very prominent position at South Sands. The proposed concept is to create a new, 6 bedroom ‘New England’ style property oriented to take full advantage of the stunning views across the Salcombe estuary. Status: Planning Permission. On-site Spring 2016.

Galmpton, Devon

The demolition of an existing 1950’s old, single storey BT telephone exchange building replaced with an eco-home designed to Passivhaus standards to provide a new, 3 bedroom home. Status: On-site Autumn 2014 – Completion due Autumn 2016.

Sandbanks, Dorset

The concept design was inspired by the back drop of coastal waves, capturing sunlight shimmering on the water and the wind on water’s surface. Using glass to reflect shattered reflections and tilted glass to reflect sky / clouds. Predominant use of natural vernacular materials such as sandstone, bleached timber and driftwood with a copper roof to create a green Verdi Gris patina.

Salcombe, Devon

The demolition of an existing 1960’s residence located in a very prominent position at North Sands. The proposed concept is to create a new, 5 bedroom complete family home with private on-site sports and recreation facilities. Oriented to take full advantage of the stunning views across North Sands. Status: Planning Permission. On-site Spring 2016
